At FE, we strive to offer high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To maintain these standards, we charge a $15 restocking fee on returned items. This fee helps cover the operational costs associated with processing returns, which include:
  • Handling and inspecting the returned items to ensure they meet the requirements of our return policies.
  • Refurbishing and repacking items so they meet our quality standards for future customers.
Important exceptions to the restocking fee to mention are listed below:
  • Free returns for exchanges (the restocking fee is waived).
  • The restocking fee is waived for damaged or defective items, in the case of a manufacturer error.
  • The fee is also waived if we ship an incorrect item(s) to the customer. (This could be a website error or a picking/packing error.)
