Shipping Policy

Products purchased on FE Apparel are shipped via UPS, within the United States and Canada. Below are the delivery estimates which do not include order processing time.

United States

• UPS FREE GROUND - Free for orders over $75.00. Delivery in 5-7 business days
• UPS FLAT GROUND - Delivery in 5-7 business days for a flat rate of $10.00
  
• UPS 3 DAY - Delivery in 3 business days for a flat rate of $25.00
  
• UPS 2 DAY - Delivery in 2 business days for a flat rate of $45.00
• UPS NEXT DAY - Delivery by the next business day for a flat rate of $65.00

Note that orders shipped to a PO box can only be shipped ground using UPS Ground Saver.

Canada

• UPS 2 DAY - Delivery in 2 business days for a flat rate of $45.00
• UPS NEXT DAY - Delivery by the next business day for a flat rate of $65.00

Order Processing

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Depending on peak times, it can take up to 3 business days. If an order is placed after 10am PST/1PM EST, the processing time will begin the next day. If an order is placed on Friday after 10am PST/1PM EST, the processing time will begin on the following Monday. Once dispatched, it will follow the estimated delivery times stated in the Shipping Methods & Rates section. FE Apparel is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

FE Apparel business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm PST or 11:00am - 7:00pm EST, excluding U.S. federal holidays. FE Apparel does not ship items on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Our warehouse is also closed on the following U.S. holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Year's Day

 

Order Cancellation or Modification

Within 60 minutes of your order confirmation, you can modify your order and shipping details. Please use our Contact Form, including the Order # and comments for changes. Any changes made must reflect the same order value.
For cancellations, we will issue a refund and you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds take 5-10 business days to return to your charged account depending on your provider.

 

Shipping Disclaimers

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. We do not include signature requirements for our shipments. Therefore, you agree to our terms and conditions, and take fully responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
For shipments that have been damaged, lost in transit, missing or stolen package, please use our Contact Form. We want to make this right! Please allow our customer experience team 1 business day to review the claim and reply with follow-up instructions.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track the status of your order by signing into My Account and checking Order Status.

 

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on FE Apparel, the package will be returned to our shipping facility. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
